Two months have passed after the first official trailer for Bad Boys for Life, it is a time to see the second one with even more explosions, shooting, and fast cars… As I have already written about his movie earlier (you can find the post here...
Life is not just all about super-heroes, muscle men, or big-breasted women… The life is more about that, and if you want to scratch the surface, take a look sometimes at some of the great documentaries out there. One very good example is the documentary Midnight Family, where we can take a short peek into the everyday life of extraordinary people and their way of living.
From 4-times Academy Award nominee producer Ridley Scott (The Martian (2015), Blade Runner (1982), Gladiator (2000)) and Netflix, comes the new movie named Earthquake Bird, a crime/drama with elements of mystery... Based on an acclaimed novel by Susanna Jones. You can watch it next month on Netflix or in selected theaters.
Finally, we have the newest Guy Ritchie movie and it is in old-school style like his legendary movies Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, and I loved those movies! The newest one is named The Gentlemen and it will come to the theaters next January. So, we have to wait almost four months! The trailer looks very promising and I’m pretty sure that the whole movie will be also. Guy Ritchie is back to his roots! Did you miss that camera from the opened trunk of the car? Or, the opening door of running van with a bunch of armed guys shooting?
It looks that this winter we will have both characters from DC Comics iconic couple in two separate movies… Joker is coming tomorrow to the theaters and his (now) ex-girlfriend Harley will have her own movie Birds of Prey next February… So, we will be covered with “evil side of DC characters” this winter... :
As legendary Monty Pythons would say: “..and now, something completely different...” from Adam Sandler… When you hear his name, the first association is an easy comedy movie, with a light story (or no story 🙂 ), but with a lot of fun in one and a half hours… This time, in Uncut Gems, we will see Adam in a totally different acting role, but still with some humorous lines...
Warner Bros. Pictures as a producer, and Oscar nominee Edward Norton, as a director, writer, and star, brings the movie Motherless Brooklyn into the cinemas on November 1st. It’s interesting that the film screen began in 1999 when Edward found the potential in the novel by Jonathan Lethem, but the journey gets into end this year.
The third sequel of popular action movie Bad Boys is coming to the big screen in January next year! Will Smith and Martin Lawrence got re-united to make this film named Bad Boys for Life. What does it mean exactly, we don’t know… The first thing that got in my mind after watching the trailer is that this one will be the last sequel, but… Then I looked at imdb.com and saw that the fourth part is already in pre-production, so no worries.
Well, I have skipped the first trailer, but I can’t ignore the second one. This kind of movie has a lot of fans, so I have to write a little bit about it. The movie is R-rated, but the trailer doesn’t, so you can take a peek inside the film. The movie is inspired by true events described in the New York Magazine.
So many great movies are coming out this fall and it would be really tough to decide which one to watch (or I will spend every night in the cinema… actually, that is not so bad idea). One of my favorites is Joker which will come out in October with two awesome actors in the main roles: Joaquin Phoenix and Robert De Niro.
